"Welcome to my site, I hope you have a great time here, and come by often as I'll be adding more soundfiles, videos and photos frequently. There are also links sprinkled all over, just click on the highlighted text for more info on the subject matter. Become a member of my site for insta-updates, free music, discounted tickets and albums, and much more.

<-----------   Use the Handy Dandy List Directly to the Left to navigate through my website, plus there's a really cool schedule widget down below that'll give you all my gig dates, along with maps.

As well as having sung tenor all over the USA, Canada, Europe, and Latin America, I also play an amazingly versatile instrument called the  touch guitar; right now if you have your sound on you're hearing it play J.S. Bach's Air for the G String. If you don't want to hear any of the soundfiles on this or any page on my site, at the bottom of the page is the control, simply click on pause~ or just turn your volume down...

Just a bit of info about me to get you started!

I have over 30 years of professional musical experience, both singing and instrumentally. Although I was schooled at the San Francisco Conservatory of music as a classical tenor, including master classes with Luciano Pavarotti, I have a wide range of musical interests and passions, including rock and roll, jazz and world music.

I've yodeled at the Grand Ole Opry and sung solos at the San Francisco Opera House. I've also shared the stage with Ray Charles, Lou Rawls, Chicago, The Temptations, Tower of Power, Leann Rimes, and many more- mostly with my a cappella group, the EDLOS.

And yes, I'm a founding member and first tenor of this award winning group too, as well as having the great good fortune to have won awards for compositions and arrangements I wrote for us. The EDLOS  retired in 2011 after a run of over 20 years~ gone but not forgotten!

Since 2008 I've been playing one of the most incredible instruments ever invented, the touch guitar. With a range of over five octaves and the ability to play complex chords of 10 notes or more, this sonorous ax is a very satisfying path to music~ I invite you to check out some cuts from my first album, Pure Beauty, under the Soundfiles tab, as well as a special bonus: the title cut from my next album, True Light. This instrument is capable of playing even without electricity available, and can play as loudly or as softly as necessary. I play  guitar, dulcimer, accordion and banjo as well, and I was recently featured as a banjoist with the Omaha Symphony Orchestra.

To round things off, I'm also a professor of music at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA. So come on in, make yourself at home, kick your shoes off, relax and listen to some soundfiles, or check out where I'll be next on the schedule widget below.  Drop me a line, I take all suggestions and commentary very seriously and appreciate them muchly!

Music is truly my life and my greatest passion-there's nothing I'd like more than making your event,  wedding, or party more special with beautiful music played on an instrument that no one there has ever seen or heard before, and working closely with you to make it a moment in time that you and your guests will remember forever... References are available upon request...

There's also an interesting moon module at the bottom right, don't ask me why I have it~ maybe I just like to stop and notice the little things in life, like beautiful sunsets or the phases of the moon.

Thanks for coming by..."
